PLACING AN ORDER BY PHONE

If you feel more comfortable placing an order by phone please don't hesitate to give us a call.

If ordering engraved or personalized items, we prefer the order be done through the website to avoid any spelling or other mistakes. If you still wish to place an order for engraved/personalized items over the phone, we will require an email with the specific engraved information before we can process the order.  Our customer service representative can assist you with this.  This is required so we have a copy of the spelling, dates, etc. from you.

Please have the following information ready when you call.

• Name and product code of the item(s) you wish to purchase
• Method of payment
       - Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
       - Money Order ( must be received before we can ship any item )
• Name, address and phone number - required
• Wedding or Event date
• If your order needs rushed shipping, please inform our customer service representative of your specific needs so they can confirm the items as in stock and inform you of any express/priority shipping rates which may be higher than our standard rates.
