BASIC RETURNS
To ensure the highest possible quality, all our products are fully inspected before shipping.
At Alfawedding.com we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, therefore if you are not
completely satisfied with an item just return it and we will furnish you with a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
Item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
No returns will be accepted after a person's
wedding date - regardless of 30 days.
Item must be returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging as received.
Item cannot be opened or used and must be returned in the same condition it left our store.
You must follow our return procedure and have an RA number for all returned items.
You cannot return an item without contacting
us first. We will reject any return without an RA number.
If you received free shipping on your order
and request all items to be returned, we will deduct the actual cost of
shipping from the credited amount.
PLEASE NOTE:
For our protection, determination of items "returned in a saleable condition" is at the sole discretion of
Alfawedding.com. Merchandise not returned in a saleable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from
shipping. Please make sure the return
package is insured.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge restocking fees on accepted returned items.
No refund will be given for items that do not meet our Return Conditions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
To ensure the highest quality possible, we fully inspect each item before it is shipped out. If any item is damaged in
shipping, we will replace the damaged item. You must comply with the following in order to receive your damaged item
replacement.
You must contact us immediately. A delay on
reporting a damaged item can result in a denial of replacement. This is only
done for our protection.
If the damaged item needs to be returned, it must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Alfawedding.com is responsible for all return
shipping costs.
You must follow our return procedure and have an RA number for all returned items.
You cannot return a damaged item without
contacting us first. We will reject any return without an RA number.
No replacements will be given for items that have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or neglect.
RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to receive a refund or a replacement you must follow our return procedure.
You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include your name, order number and RA
number will all returns.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please insure all return packages. We are not
responsible for damage during shipping.
Return shipping costs are not refundable on
basic returns.
Once we receive the returned item and deem it in
a "saleable condition" your credit card will be credited
the cost of the item.
In the case of a replacement, the new item
will be shipped to you and arrangements will be made for returning the
original item.

Once we receive your email we will review your request and email you
an RA number.
Your RA number will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your request.
